Booked via easyJet, several days before, the entry time was wrong, by the time I had an answer I was already there and parked Upon my return the coach back to the carpark we waited in the cold and wet for over 20 minutes then a further 20 minutes sat on the bus before we drove to the car park. Then at the exit the barrier tried to charge me again so I had to buzz for help and check the vehicle reg and booking ref with the guy who then raised the barriers.

When I was dropped back off after my holiday, the coach driver was less than helpful with his instructions which meant I got off at the wrong stop meaning I had to walk a considerable distance with my bags. Other than that I thought everything was very simple and smooth.

I left my car here twice and I like everything. Where I left the car there and picked it up when I returned. The bus goes to Luton Airport every 15 minutes. You can trust this team with your car. I recommend it.
