We had an issue regarding a late arrival of our flight resulting in an additional charge. Your customer service operator was very professional and helpful with resolving the problem. I cannot recall her name, but she deserves recognition.

I was in Bay 15. What is confusing is that when I returned the driver announced Bay numbers. I got off and clearly saw Bay 15, Spent an hour looking for my car and to be honest thought it had been stolen. Turns out that there's also another set of Bay numbers identical in the lower car park. Would be easier if the numbers were not repeated but just went up in numerical order. Wasn't made clear at all that you have two car parks.

All went smoothly with finding location, parking. Staff greeted me upon arrival and told me where I could park the car. However when coming back from airport, one bus driver was very nasty and didn’t allow me to get in, he just jumped in the bus without any explanation. The next bus driver insisted was very polite. As I said apart of that was everything okay.
