In the voucher I received instructions to visit car parking office upon arrival to the parking, yet gave a call to the office and they said it’s not necessary. So, you do need to state it clearly in the instructions that one has to act exactly the same as if they were coming to a general parking lot of T4 and the only difference is that you can use modules: A,B, E & F only. Also the map I received was for a more distant parking - which was clearly a mistake on the provider’s side. Otherwise everything else went smoothly
