Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem verlorenen gegangen Autoschlüssel und wollten für unsere Anfrage eine Mailadresse oder eine WhatsApp fähige Telefonnummer von dem Büro in Prag erhalten. Leider hat keiner auf meine mehrfache Bitte reagiert.

Alles war super. Ein kleines Manko. Es war bei der Ankunft kein einziger Parkplatz im Parkhaus frei. Allerdings nach 15 min fuhr ein Fahrzeug ab. Ansonsten Pick up Klasse. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Alles hat geklappt. Nur die Einfahrt in die Parkplätze war etwas schwierig, da der Code für die Schranke nicht funktionierte. Aber ein Mitarbeiter war vor Ort und konnte uns schnell weiterhelfen. Alles in allem kann ich diesen Parkplatz weiterempfehlen. 5 min. mit dem Shuttle zum Terminal und der Preis dafür unschlagbar.

Die Abwicklung war leicht und zuverlässig. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch unfreundlich, teils frech und haben durch schlechtes Englisch geglänzt.
