El de entrada fue perfecto, el de salida, más de una hora de espera, HORA Y MEDIA DESDE QUE LLAMAMOS, además me comentaron cuando llamé por segunda vez por que no encontraban mis llaves, pienso que es poco profesional que una empresa que te guarda el coche, no encuentré las llaves

Pour les personnes ne parle pas l’espagnol, il serait plus pratique d’envoyer par messages la plaque d’immatriculation du véhicule afin de pouvoir la récupérer

Gros problème de langue!! A Barcelone, les interlocuteurs ne parlent ni le français ni l'anglais donc tres compliqué à communiquer par téléphone, je ne recommande pas du tout

Muy mal el servicio más de 49 min de espera a la entrega casi pierdo el vuelo y al regreso más de una hora de espera dicen q te van a llamar y no llaman con el frío q hacía a la madrugada …. Me tocó pagar el parking del aeropuerto al salir… Porq me había entrado del frío q hacía… el chico dijo por teléfono q me llamaba y jamás lo hicieron. Más de una hora para devolver el coche y muy malos modales de ese personal
