PROCEDURE FOR USE OF THE CAR PARK:
On entering the car park:Take a ticket as you enter the car park. IMPORTANT: Please, wait in front of the barrier until the Automatic Number Plate Recognition recognises your vehicle and a ticket will be issued automatically. YOU MUST NOT PRESS THE BUTTON. Proceed into the car park and park your car in any available parking space.
On your return:
If you have any problems, please use the Customer Service integrated in the ATMs. .
The 5 digit alphanumeric code in the top right corner of your voucher may be required by AENA staff in order to manage the arrivals and departures to and from the car park.
Directions
You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

La barrière à l'aller et au retour ne n'est pas levée malgré la reconnaissance de la plaque d'immatriculation. Il a fallu appeler quelqu'un.

bonjour avant de faire un commentaire sur ma réservation, je voudrais revenir sur le litige concernant la réservation PC84956162 payé 283.99 le 25/10 qui a été annulé par vos soins le 13/12 et qui devait être remboursé (voir la copie du virement chez vous) et à moi à suivre le remboursement sur mon compte A CE JOUR RIEN SUR MON COMPTE ( 55 jours !!!!) veuillez faire le nécessaire rapidement avant que j utilise la justice pour récupérer mon argent merci marambat patrick
