HOW DOES IT WORK?

Arrival: We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.

Departure: Once you are back at the car park, drive to the exit where the barrier will raise automatically to allow exit. Should you require any help, please press the assistance button with your booking reference ready to quote and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

It was terrible. I paid for a fortnight parking, but accidentally input the wrong time. I clicked on the amendment screen, paid an additional £5 for the extra time I needed. The payment was taken from my bank account but my account on the Parkvia website did not update. I filled out an enquiry form on the Parkvia website did not, to which I received a reply that someone would contact me with 2 working days. Nearly 3 weeks has passed and I haven’t received any reply or contact. When I returned to my car, I was unable to exit as my car reg wasn’t on the system and I was presented with a request to pay £789. That was a shock. It took about half an hour to get the issue resolved despite me having a copy of the invoice confirming my full payment. This was 1am, very stressful. Very disappointed.

Couldn’t get out the car park , apparently it didn’t register my car . After about a 15 minute wait they found my details and lifted the barriers
