Car park with access for people with reduced mobility and local staff available for customer support. The car park is barriered, has monitored CCTV and has 24hour security patrols. Business times from Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.
CONCIERGE PARKING - HOW TO USE THE SERVICE:
A member of staff will contact you on the phone number provided within 24 hours to organise your arrival and return at the Dublin Airport. On your return a member of the staff will meet you at the terminal.
Directions
You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

I think they could do more work to explain the actual drop of and pick up routine. There was an expectation that you should already know the answers, but other than that the service was great.
