Entry/Exit Procedure Pull up to the main Short Stay barrier, wait for your number plate to be scanned and your ticket will be printed Head to Level 2 of Car Park 1 (blue), pull up to the arrival barrier and press the button. Our cameras will take a series of photos of the vehicle before the barrier rises. You will be met by a member of staff to check you in. Handover your keys and walk into the terminal. When you return, exit the terminal on the 2nd floor and proceed to the return office in Car Park 2 (red). Report to the reception and your keys will be returned and your car waiting Car Park Restrictions

  • There is a height restriction of 2m
  • Trailers are not permitted

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

For some reason (probably my fault) I have been charged 3 times for one booking on June 13th by american express, a credit was given for one of the 3 so I need a credit for another payment which does not include the booking reference PC 83418940. Please can you credit back to payment to me
