Entry procedure On arrival, pull up to the barrier and show your paperwork to the member of staff Enter the car park & talk to our friendly staff who will advise you where to leave your vehicle. Please go to Valet reception to hand over your keys and walk directly into the terminal via the covered walkway. Transfer from car park to terminal The car park is next to the terminal with direct same-level covered access. Transfer time to the terminal 4 minute covered walk to terminal Transfer from terminal to car park 4 minute walk from arrivals to Valet returns with same-level covered access Exit procedure On landing, please exit the North terminal building, cross both roadways on the lower forecourt. Follow the pavement and you will locate the Valet North returns office by Car Park 6. Report to Valet reception with the ticket you were issue when checking in your vehicle, your keys will be returned to you and your vehicle will be waiting. Security measures The car storage area is manned 24-hours a day, 365-days a year and frequently patrolled by trained staff. The site has CCTV, security lighting and a perimeter fence in addition to being an on-site parking facility within the Gatwick airport perimeter. Park Mark 'Safer Parking' approved. Facilities for Blue Badge holders This parking option is suitable for Blue Badge holders. The reception building and vehicle drop off/pick up area are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). More about Blue Badge Parking at Gatwick Airport. Handing in my keys The vehicle keys need to be handed to fully-trained and insured Valet staff in the reception building. Minimum stay for pre-booking There are no minimum stay requirements for this car park. Height restrictions There is a height restriction of 2.1 m when using this parking option. Car and trailer restrictions Trailers are not permitted.
