We're here to make your airport parking experience as smooth as possible. With our Park & Ride service, you can drive to the car park, and we will shuttle you to the Terminal. Transfers take just 15 minutes. This service is exclusively available for Terminal 5 only.

Terminals Parking Park & Ride car park is out of the Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ Charging Zone).

Make sure to have your booking confirmation email with you when you travel

Your vehicle needs to be roadworthy & safe to drive

Please note that the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) includes Heathrow Airport. (Customers need to comply with the ULEZ charge if they reach us via the ULEZ zone).

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.
