Terminal Car Park 1 is an official car park at London Luton Airport. It is within walking distance of the terminal and provides secure parking with CCTV and entry and exit barries.. The car park is a multi-storey and the level 4 and 5 are undercover.

The car park fitted with ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) to improve your journey. Additional Information On arrival, please drive up to the entry barrier and press for a ticket. Take your ticket to raise the barrier and enter the car park. Remember to make a note of where you have parked. On your return, make your way to the exit barrier and insert the ticket you took on arrival. Providing you have not overstayed on your booking, the barrier will automatically raise. If any overstay fee is applicable, this will be displayed on the exit column and can be paid by either debit card or credit card at this point. How can I modify or cancel my booking Should you need to cancel or amend your booking, you may do so by visiting 'Manage a booking'. If amending, your original booking will be cancelled, and a new one will be created. You will receive a cancellation email for the old booking, and an email for your new booking with a new order ID. Notice of your cancellation must be received at least 24 hours before the entry start date of your original booking in order to consider granting a refund. If you do not give the required advance notice as stated, no refund will be given.

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

Everything was fine however when leaving and putting our ticket in the machine it told us we owed £135.00 !!! We had pre paid !!! Then we were buzzing for the assistant but no one answered for ages all the cars were backing up behind us as we were blocking the exit and the person in the other car next to us was having the same problem… it was really stressful and I was frantically trying to find my confirmation on my phone thinking I may have booked it incorrectly, my husband was getting stressed and it the whole thing was awful and it ruined the end of our holiday… eventually someone answered we gave our reg and they just let us through but we were waiting ages… it was awful and I wouldn’t park there again!

upon exit i was told that i owed £202.00, i tried to explain to the attendant that i had already paid and the attendant was quite rude and said my car was not registered - i showed them my paperwork and they ''eventually'' accepted it and let me out - manners maketh man!!!

We prepaid for our parking but upon return the ticket exit gate demanded a payment of in excess of £220. We initially couldn’t raise anyone on the machine intercoms and had to reverse back out of a queue of traffic and then walk back to the machine to try to arrange exit. Eventually after getting through in the intercom to the office we were able to exit without additional payment. It made for a very stressful experience and I am only grateful that we did not feel pressured into paying the additional funds initially demanded. I would imagine that others in a more vulnerable position, perhaps with small children, would have been pressured into making payment. It appeared that others in the queue were having similar issues. Not what you want when you are tired after a long flight home.

Wouldn't let me out, said I owed £405 and didn't recognise my number plate. Eventually got out after prssing contact button, but even he was saying I had parked in the wrong place and my reg wasn't in the system. He found it when I quoted the ref number.
