An extra charge must be paid directly to the car park for after hours (night) deliveries and pickups, as follows:

From 0:00 a.m. to 01:59 a.m. € 5

From 2:00 a.m. to 3:59 a.m. € 20

From 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. € 10

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

I booked several days before flying and read the procedure I should follow before the flight. Twenty minutes from the airport, as instructed, I informed Luckparking via WhatsApp and received a message straight away saying ‘ok’. On arrival at Express parking I, again, messaged and called many times, but received no reply. After a extremely stressful half an hour I asked a man at the entrance if he recognised my Luckparking paperwork. He worked for Luckparking and had been waiting for me. He said the company only responded to telephone calls and not WhatsApp, despite them answering my earlier message. When I collected the car I called at baggage reclaim and was told the car would be delivered in 10 minutes. It actually took 20 mins, so we had to wait for a short while. In hindsight, if I use Luckparking again, I could avoid the car collection mixup by phoning the company without using a messaging service. Then, hopefully, it wouldn’t be so stressful.
