Pre-Arrival Please make sure you’ve printed the email or have your mobile with you when you arrive at the car park. The customer service team will need to see this confirmation of your booking to let you in. Please keep it safe as you may also need it to exit the car park. Upon arrival On arrival, you will be directed by one of the staff to park in the arrivals area. Once parked, empty the vehicle of all valuables including your house key, any items of value including cash and anything you need to take on your trip and head over to our check-in desk. A member of staff will check your vehicle in, take photographs and complete the vehicle damage report with you if required. Once completed, leave your car keys with them and head over to the customer lounge while waiting for the shuttle service.

Leaving the car park

On your return, please call the number provided for the shuttle bus pick-up. Exit the airport terminal and wait at the location you were previously dropped off at. As a reminder, please see below bus stops for each terminal:

Terminal 1 - Bus Stop E

Terminal 2 - Bus Stop H

Terminal 3 - Bus Stop C

Please be aware that the bus only runs on request and not on a loop.

Once you’re back at the car park you will be greeted by the friendly staff who will return your keys and direct you to your vehicle. Once you've paid any overstay charges due, you can return to your vehicle and leave once ready. A member of staff will open the gates to let you out.

Reception staff and services are available 24/7 Customers own child seat can be used in airport transfers if you’re taking the seat on your flight The car park takes skis, bike boxes and snow boards The car park does not have wheelchair accessible vehicles Please note that there are no EV charge points in the car park Large vehicles are not accepted. This includes pickup trucks, vans, caravans, campervans, trailers and commercial vehicles regardless of dimensions. Any vehicles, including cars that are of excess of 5 meters length and 2 meters width are not accepted. This includes any towbars, cycle racks, and boxes which are added to the back of the vehicle. Motorcycles are also not accepted. Please check your vehicles dimensions before booking.

Overstay Charges

Please note that the overstay charges will reflect the standard rate of the car park for anyone who is returning outside of the grace period of 3h. This means the first 24h after the 3h grace will be £50, with then £15 per day thereafter.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.
