phones given by parvia were not accesible from Italy by attival. We asked to call from abroad and it was ok but we got a different phone for contact. So parvia provided wrong phones. After few calls we found where bus would wait. After this messy start the rest was fine. In the past we used their service and this was very good.

il supplemento di 10 euro dato sul posto perchè siamo arrivati prima delle 5 del mattino, non era stato detto in fase di prenotazione.

Alla consegna dell'auto mi sono stati richiesti 10 euro aggiuntivi per "servizio notturno" (ore 4,30) cosa che non era assolutamente specificata al momento della prenotazione! Inoltre aggiungo che, il parcheggio è abbastanza lontano dall'aeroporto da dover prendere la tangenziale per raggiungerlo, ognuno poi può valutare quanto è comodo in base al punto di partenza.
