Communication was a problem on return of vehicle waited at arrivals but driver was at the drop of zone. That did delay me by 20 min. I would like to suggest that communication is followed by a whatsup message to ensure everyone on the same page

My flight was cancelled and rescheduled to an earlier flight. Instead of landing on sunday morning we arrived at 22.00 saturday night. I phoned and tried to arrange for earlier time to collect my vehicle. I was told I can only get it sunday morning. I live 350kms from the airport. Tried to arrange for your opposition at the airport to collect me vehicle-just to be told I musr settle nt account before I can get my vehicle. By that time we were airborne without any intenet. Eventually they agreed to bring my vehicle to the airport. Never again do I want to experience this rigidness and bad service.
