HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?

Free Shuttle Service

Outbound: On your outbound journey, drive to the car park address provided in your booking confirmation email. Show the confirmation to a staff member, who will guide you to your parking spot. Please note that you will need to leave your car keys. A vehicle inspection will be conducted before you are driven to the airport via shuttle bus.

Note: Trucks over 12 meters are not accepted.

Return: On your return, after collecting your luggage, contact the phone number provided. A shuttle bus will pick you up at the designated meeting point and take you back to your vehicle, allowing you to begin your journey home.

Meet and Greet Service

Outbound: For Meet and Greet service, contact the number provided in your booking voucher 20 minutes before arriving at the airport to arrange a meeting point with the car park driver. The driver will meet you at the agreed location, where you'll perform a joint inspection of your vehicle before it is driven to the car park.

Return: On your return, after retrieving your luggage, call the same number to have the driver bring your car back to the airport. Another vehicle check will be completed before you can head home.

Payment

You pay a deposit online to secure your parking space. The remaining balance is payable by cheque or cash at the car park.

Night Supplements

• A fee of €10 will be charged for arrivals or departures between 20:00 and 07:00.
• A €10 surcharge applies for arrivals or departures on French public holidays (e.g., November 1, November 11, December 25).

Weekend Supplement

• A fee of €10 will be charged for arrivals and/or departures on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additional Passengers

For vehicles carrying more than 4 people, a fee of €10 per additional person will be applied.

Baggage

• A fee of €5 will be charged for each oversized baggage, per transfer direction.
• Passengers with more than 2 pieces of luggage will be charged a €5 fee for each additional piece of luggage, per transfer direction.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.
