I am not happy with the customer service online, I wrote an email to change my booking and nobody reacts to this. I did like the staff from the parking themselves and their service was good, but the online service of parkvia I think is not good at all as after one month I still did not receive any reaction to my email.

A través de parkvia contratamos el servicio de parking con Autovip. El personal se adaptó a nuestras peticiones siendo muy amables y atentos. Parking situado a unos 10minutos de aeropuerto, te trasladan en cuanto llegas. El gps te lleva directamente a la puerta del parking. Nos recogieron con nuestro propio coche a petición. Recomendamos
