OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE:

1. Make a booking at any time of day or night using the online booking system.
2. Select the dates and times when you want to drop off and collect your vehicle and click on "Check Availability".
3. Choose LowCost Parking KHAN Aeropuerto Valencia, click "Book" and fill in the online booking form.
4. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing the contact telephone numbers, address and GPS co-ordinates for the car park. It is essential that you print a copy of your email confirmation and show it to the car park staff when you arrive.

PARKING OPTIONS:

Meet and Greet Service:: Drive straight to Valencia Airport terminal. Contact the driver 10 minutes prior to your arrival at the terminal on the telephone number provided in the booking confirmation email. A driver from the car park will come to collect your vehicle and will park it for you. Free Transfer Service: Drive straight to the car park and the staff will arrange your immediate transfer to the Departures terminal at the airport.
On your return and having disembarked, contact the car park/driver to inform them that you have arrived so that the driver can deliver your vehicle back to the terminal or come to pick you up to take you back to the car park, depending which service you have booked.

Please note:If you have booked the Meet and Greet Service it is necessary to leave your car keys. However, you are not required to leave your car keys with the car park staff if you have chosen the transfer service.

The car park tariffs are calculated in 24 hour cycles with an additional 4 hour grace period. Once the 4 hour grace period has passed, the parking operator will ask you to pay for an additional day.

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.
