HOW TO BOOK

3. Remember to specify which service you require: Shuttle bus service or Meet and greet.
4. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive confirmation by email containing the car park's address, telephone number, GPS coordinates and driving directions. Please print out the booking voucher and present it to the car park staff on arrival

CAR PARK OPTIONS :

• Meet and greet service: drop off and collection of your vehicle directly at the terminal. Drive directly to the Valencia Airport and call the driver 15 minutes before your arrival at the terminal. You can find the phone number in your booking voucher. The driver will pick up your vehicle in the meeting point at the terminal and will drive it to the car park.
On your return: call the driver and he will your vehicle to the terminal meeting point for collection.

 

• Free shuttle bus service: Drive to the car park - the address will be sent by email with the booking confirmation. The car park staff will drive you to departure terminal in Valencia Airport immediately.
On your return: call the car park staff to request the transfer from the airport to the car park in the company vehicle.

 

Important : It is necessary leave your car keys, if you are using the meet and greet service. However, if you book the shuttle transfer you can keep your car keys.
