Das Wesentliche hat nicht funktioniert! Wir sollten uns eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft telefonisch melden, was wir vergeblich 2 Mal versucht haben. Die Person, die uns schließlich mit 10minütiger Verspätung in Empfang nahm, beschied uns lapidar, dass sie nicht auf ihr Telefon geschaut habe. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts! Außerdem musste ich mich von einem weißhaarigen älteren Brilllenträger aus einer Autowerkstatt nebenan regelrecht anpöbeln lassen. Insofern kann unsere Gesamtnote nur MANGELHAFT (1) lauten.
