The company went above the normal service. I had an emergency trip to uk and gave them little notice for parking assistance. They ended up meeting me in Burgas city and parked me prior to using their own car to take me and pick me up from the airport. Excellent family business.

The address of the car park was non existent. However, a hotel worker heard me ask someone. He led me to the hotel car park. The name of the hotel instead of the house number would have been very useful. But the actual parking experience was a good one.

The are was something on the roof of the vehicle that was dribbling from the ceiling in the garage. It damaged the paint a little. Was not satisfied with that.
