Cuando fui a recoger mi vehículo no me abría la barrera para poder salir, al comentarlo con la persona que estaba allí en ese momento me comentó que no le constaba como que yo hubiera hecho el pago. Yo había hecho la reserva dos semanas antes habiendo realizado el pago, habiendole enseñado el correo que me había llegado donde decía que estaba pagado pretendían que volviese a hacer el pago. Me pedían un código QR el cual ellos no me habían enviado.
