There could be more signs or additional information provided when booking to find the right location. Just the name of the building would help.

No negative comments at all on the service provided by you. I only gave a score of 4 for location and ease to find you was because we had difficulty actually locating the Costa cruise terminal, it was very poorly signposted. Other than that, all was great thank you

Valencia port information
The Port of Valencia lies to the east of the city and is bordered to the north by the beaches of "Las Arenas" and "La Malvarrosa". The port welcomes a regular movement of passenger traffic to and from the Balearic Islands and Italy, together with an emerging cruise market.
The port of Valencia harbours the Valencia Superyacht Marina (marina for super yachts), the Marina Real Juan Carlos I (a new sport and leisure craft marina) and the Port Americas Cup (a sports marina built in celebration of the 2007 Americas Cup yacht race).
The main attractions of Valencia are its rich cultural history, clean beaches, nature reserves, calendar filled with fiestas, and its tasty and delicious cuisine.
