Turkish Airlines Appoints ParkVia as Exclusive Global Parking Partner
The national airline of Turkey and world’s largest airline by countries served, Turkish Airlines, has appointed leading pre-booked parking aggregator ParkVia to deliver airport parking as an ancillary product.
The move is a first for the global brand, who have never previously sold airport parking.
The deal has seen the launch of turkishairlines.parkvia.com, a Turkish Airlines branded microsite that allows users to pre-book airport parking around the globe. The dedicated platform is designed and managed by ParkVia, and will allow Turkish Airlines’ passengers to choose from over 2,500 third-party car parks in 29 different languages.
Included in the project is an integration with Miles and Smiles, the flag carrier’s Frequent Flyer program. This allows users to earn Miles on their parking purchases that can be redeemed with Turkish Airlines or any of the other 25 airlines that are Star Alliance members.
