Bus service was totally inadequate and waited an hour for a bus with spaces to get on going to Airport and some even phoned taxis to pick up at entrance ! Absolutely appalling and stress you can do without plus coming back, bus was absolutely crammed full, to the state of claustrophobia, because again inadequate buses laid on for volumes ! Never use you again as worst experience of any Airport official car parking in this country! Plus changed cars after booking and had to rebook because they couldn’t alter number plates and no refund, so paid twice, again awful customer service!

2 bookings made in November last year. In May had to change car. When changing Reg online had to pay £27 for June and £70 for August. Something done online,no people involved. For a space that was already booked and paid. Felt robbed!

Really easy car parking. Easy to drop off - great security. Bus to/from the airport terminal was really easy. Waiting for us at drop off & just a quick text when arriving back at Manchester means my vehicle was waiting for me at the carpark ready for me to drive off on straight away. Really good carpark & very reasonably priced.

If anything the pickup time was quite a long wait as the courtesy bus picks up at each terminal, I totally understand why and will not deter me from parking here again

My return flight was delayed for over 15 hours. I called and it was no problem at all. When I returned there was no additional charge. Great service.

Good service and no problems which is all you want. Will use again if I'm flying from Liverpool.

I arrived at 3am in the dark & rain . A very friendly guy directed me & helped me work out what I needed to do . All the staff were helpful
