Bus service did not drop us at the correct stop. Despite saying Jetparks on the front if the bus.

It's pretty straightforward - you have to call 20 mins before arriving to drop off your car, and then again when you have collected your luggage on your return. I wasn't aware that there would be an additional £20 charge for entry and exit of the carpark. Apparently this is made clear on the website when you book - but I had not spotted this.

Very professional my plane was late no problems

I would like to thank all staff for making it possible to pick car up even when my flight did not arrive until after midnight although I had to get taxi it was a small price to pay to get home thankyou

Service operated by CSL which is a bit confusing when they answer the phone etc. Small sign "Peak Park & Ride" easily missed. But good transfer service and overall experience.
