Quick and easy

Issue with the vehicle recognition but learnt on the exit it was a Gatwick airport software update issue. The instructions to pull up and visit the office at the exit was confusing given there was no parking and the threat of a ticket but the help button quickly resolved this. But to be honest I did worry about throughout my holiday, expecting it to be a whole lot of hassle

The drop off for the terminal is too far away and we had to wait for another bus not enough buses for when we arrived

Will definitely use again when we fly from Gatwick

Your email said we will be collected from stop number 2, when it actual fact it was stop number 3. This is not a complaint this is me trying to help you. The bus is also called “Gatwick Holiday Parking”, no reference of summer special.
