Drop off was an issu because ParkVia did not send the booking details to the provider, so it took a few phone calls and a 30 minute wait to get sorted.

Everything was good until we went to exit the car park. When we reached the exit barrier to scan our ticket, the machine displayed a message stating we owed £268! When we had already paid the fee upfront which was much lower than this. We had to press the help button to speak to someone, not what you want When you just want to go home after a relaxing holiday.

Have never used this facility before. I was really impressed with the overall efficiency of the operation and ease of use. Cost - wise it was cheaper to drive and park as opposed to using a taxi. Fully recommend and will use again if flight times mean that train is not a viable option. 👍👍

Tried to charge us over £300 on exit! Also shuttle buses need to run more frequent we had least 20m wait and unfortunately we missed our flight !

APH were fantastic. I made a mistake on the Park Via form about passenger numbers and they WILL NOT change anything. I would go direct to APH next time.
