Easy and straightforward. You pass the barrier, which is automatically rising, then someone will show you any available spots then you park and take the keys with you and thake the first bus to the airport. The bus stop is inside the carpark so you won't have to walk mor than max 2 mins. (30 seconds in our case) And the buss will drop you off at the terminal (10 - 12 mins journey). Everything happens the other way around on the return. Overall very happy!

When we arrived the female attendant at the entry barrier was very friendly & polite advising us which area to park…Both the bus drivers going and coming from the airport were also very friendly and polite.

I can say that everyone who wants to and deserves to park in this parking lot because really, just like you leave your car, you can find it without any problems.

I am still completely speachless that I have been ripped off by this company to the tune of £100. I previously booked parking at the time of booking my flight and entered a vehicle registration number. A few weeks later that vehicle was sadly written off. I was not allowed to update my booking with a newe vehicle reg, and was told I must cancel that booking - losing all money, and book again. When I did that, I wasa then informed that the car park was full and no spaces could be booked - which was quite strange since my seconds previous cancellation had obviously just created an empty space. So then I must book a different car park at a more expensive price. The customer service / contact options at this company are non-existant - a chat bot or whatsapp which doesnt help anybody with anything. Dont recommend and wont be using again !!!!!

Unfortunately the booming experience of ad very poor. I had to change the car I was as driving and tried to change the reg. All I got was can’t help you reacted and conditions so I had to pay twice for another reg number and had no refund for the first one. Very poor and I will need to take it further

Local car park,very close and very easy access

Not very well organised. It wasn’t clear where to leave the car, and staff were uncommunicative and unhelpful , which seemed to be because there were too few of them to properly handle the number of customers booked. Pick up on return was fine. The drop off felt chaotic and disorganised and just added to the stress of traveling. I won’t use the service again.
