directions on print out told us to head for the long stay car park ,we follwed the directions but there were no cars and the road was closed,we went to the short stay and the barrier went up but when i parked my car i still wasnt sure i was in the right place

I am still owed money for a refund as I had to change my parking to match a flight time change. I have now had to log this as a claim with my credit card provider. I would not be confident to use your services again. I was charged 4 times for one parking session and I have had two refunded with one outstanding. Bit of a hassle.
