Very good system to park our car in the close neighbourhood of Riga airport. Shuttle Services worked well.

On the way back, there was a problem with the taxi that was supposed to take me to the car. It was not explained where the car would be waiting for me. In the end, I had to find a solution on my own how to get there.

Very bad experience when dropping off my car - The employee was very unhelpful and unpleasant, spoke only in Russian and demanded payment even it was paid in advance. Everything else was good. You should choose employees who know the basics of main languages ​​and at least understand a little about customer service.

Atgriežoties no ceļojuma ilgi nacas gaidit transferu līdz stāvvietai. Pārejais viss bija ok.

No propper transfer was planned, had to go 2x to the airport. No space for luggage + 4 passengers

Пользуюсь стоянкой не первый раз и могу сказать только хорошее о ней и ее сотрудниках. Всегда быстрый ответ по телефону диспетчера, даже забыла в машине подушку для полета и мне передали ее после прилёта у охранника. Водители всегда вежливые и ответственные. Рекомендую эту стоянку. По соотношению цена/качество лучшая в Рижском аэропорту.

Battery of the car was empty after holidays, no one of the parking staff was interested to help, they said contact your insurance company, lucky get help of the owner close restaurant. Only good thing about restaurant, good food, good helpful owner.but not parking staff
