Como siempre muy bien..
We were later than the arranged time due to our flight arriving late at the airport. In the information it said to call 20 minutes before arrival at the train station, which we did and to say we were running late, however they were already at the train station so we were charged an extra 10 euros for the delay as we were 30 minutes late. Worth bearing in mind if your arrival time is at the whim of an airline schedule! But staff were pleasant and everything was good.
