Priority Lane allows you to bypass the standard queue, providing a calm and quick way to move through security control.
How it works
Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive an email containing your booking voucher along with any relevant instructions. Please scan the QR code at the entrance to the Priority Lane. You will find the dedicated Priority Lane in Security Controls, on the left-hand side.
Terms and Conditions
Access to the Priority Lane is only available on the date specified by the customer and during airport opening hours. One ticket per person is required, children under 2 years of age are free of charge if accompanied by an adult ticket holder. Priority Lane is different from the “Priority Boarding” products offered by airlines which give priority in aircraft boarding.
Priority Lane is valid for 1 (one) single use only. Priority Lane is only available in conjunction with a boarding pass or check in voucher.
Priority Lane gives the holder the right to use the lanes reserved for Priority Lane customers but:
- in no way guarantees that there will be no queue at the security check;
- does not absolve the holder from compliance with all security procedures;
- does not absolve the holder from compliance with the general conditions of the air carrier with which the holder is travelling.
Once a reservation for Priority Lane has been confirmed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled by the customer. BSCA reserves the right to close the Priority Lane at any time, without prior notice, for reasons of security. No refund may be claimed in such circumstances.
BSCA declines all responsibility for any delays or damaging consequences of the same that the Priority Lane ticket holder may suffer as a result of the holder's failure to comply with the security rules or the policy generally applicable within the airport or of force majeure.
