Parking Ferney-Voltaire - Open Air

The car park is a little out of the way but we were telephoned by the man doing the transfer to and from the airport just before we were about to call him on both drop off and pick up and he was there very quickly. All worked well, would recommend.

The transport to the airport and then back to my car upon my return were made efficiently and speedily in your shuttle buses. The drivers were friendly and helpful, and the instructions to find the driver on the way back were clear and well explained with helpful photographs of all the doorways to take in the airport. Thank you.

Went to the location shown on the voucher and rang the number as per instructions. Wrong location. Allegedly sent a text chaning the location but I didn't receive it - apparently they can't send texts to UK numbers!! Gave me another location. Went there and phoned again. This time the man turned up. Most difficult drop off I have ever experiences. On the other hand the pick-up was just about the best. The man phoned me before I had got to the pick-up location and was there waiting for me when I arrived. Quick transfer as advertised and my vehicle and contents were exactly as I had left them.
