GoParking Copenhagen - Field’s P6

910 DKK - Strafzettel am Fahrrzeug!

It is not easy to find the parking lot. I didn’t feel confident that my car would be there when I got back as there is 0 security in the area. You would expect a gate and a fence, but it just a poorly signed parking lot that the gps struggles to locate. Happy that the car was intact when I came back.

It was an easy way to come and go to CPH airport. Better signalisation of where you can park the car. It was dark and we were searching for 20 minutes the spot to drop off the car.

Vi fick 5st böter a 910dkk st under de tio dagarna som bilen stod parkerad.Skulle aldrig rekommendera er till någon.

I got 2 parking tickets on the spot I supposed to be safe. :) I'm stil waiting for a response from you and from Europark :)

Es existiert im Fields Einkaufszentrum kein Parkdeck P6. Ich war extra an der Kundeninformation. Auch ihre Angabe zur Telefonnummer war nicht korrekt, da Die Vorwahl von Dänemark 0045 und nicht 0035 ist.

Therese are two parkinglots named "P6", checked in to the wrong one! Cost us an aditional 1600 danish krones to exit parking when we came back. Very disapointed.

we arrived back on 14 Sept and our car had been removed from site without any notification whatsoever! How possibly can that happen? we were left with no car and no means to get home! Totally unacceptable and frankly unbelieveable experience. I wish to hear back from you with an explanation and suggestion on how we might be compensated for the inconvenience and stress this has caused upon returning from our holiday!

Niestety parking źle oznaczony. Oznaczenie P6 jest umiejscowione bardzo wysoko. Poza tym, przez dwa dni nikt nie zajął się wypompowaniem wody z parkingu. Nasz samochód stał w wodzie, aby się do niego dostać musiałem zdjąć buty i skarpetki. Wody było około 30-40 cm. Oczekujemy zwrotu kosztów za parking.

It was auful. From 2 hours before deadline of cancelation, I tried to cancel it but system was notvworking. So I lost my money

Customer service is big challenge. There is not proper contact details to connect with customer care

I had little bad experience with parking there. I had booking from 25th july 04:00 till 16th aug 2024 16:00. When i came back from holidays i saw a ticket from Park Zone that i have to pay 910DKK with in 10 days. Now i have sent email with all details, see how they can fix my problem....
