Park and Trip - Lisboa

My experience with ParkVia was, as always, excellent. I recommend them highly.

La entrega perfecta, pero para la recogida me mintieron diciendo 10 minutos y tuve que esperar más de media hora.

My car smelled of smoke of cigarettes when it was brought to me.

Excellent service thank you again, if there is traffic be prepared to leave your house a little earlier as you will be going to arrivals.

The drop off experience was excellent. The driver was waiting for us at the airport. No problems. Pickup on the other hand was terrible. Due to one of the drivers having an accident (!!!) the company could not deliver the vehicle to us and instead offered to drive me to the car park to pick it up. This would be fine normally, but it took a long time and we were with our 1 year old baby so we were hoping for a smooth pick up experience.

Don't use this service if you don't speak Portuguese! Had a horrendous time trying to communicate the people on phone and ended up doing 4 laps of the airport in gridlocked traffic and nearly missing my flight

Os motoristas foram muito simpáticos e cuidadosos. Gostei do atendimento.

Lack of drivers to delivery my vehicle. Took an hour to return car.

Eu sei que o estacionamento escolhido era exterior mas o carro veio muito sujo, cheio de pó no exterior e o tapete.do.condutor vinha muito sujo com areia ou terra.

A entrega da viatura demorou cerca de 45 minutos após o telefonema como pediam. Para uma entrega à 1h da manhã, acho um tempo exagerado.

Recomendo Park via. O atendimento foi mesmo ótimo. O pessoal muito simpático . Voltarei a contactar Park via para-a Próxima .
