Park and Trip - Lisboa

No se presentaron para recoger mi vehiculo, no contestaban a mis llamadas y casi pierdo mi vuelo, menos mal que pude dejarlo con otra compañía. No volveré a contratar sus servicios nunca más.

The service wasn’t made. The operator was not available. I asked for refund. Don’t hire Park and Trip. Other operator in place made the service I had to pay directly

It was terrible. Anybody come to give us back our car. We land at 6pm and we needed it to sleep in Lisbon. The day after, we went to the police station and they could contact the owner and at 1pm we could get our car. It was a completely nightmare

Drop off was in the departures drive through car park, so right next to the terminal. Communication was good with the driver who called me in advance to check our arrival time. Friendly and courteous. Used a translation app to be sure we understood everything as he didn’t speak English

Terrible experience at Lisbon and the opposite of the excellent service we always receive at Faro airport.

Retrieving the vehicle was a bit of a problem because the attendant could not speak English and this caused a time delay in retrieving the vehicle.

Efficient communication via WhatsApp as operator had no English and I had no Portuguese. Flexible when I was delayed because of lost luggage

Handing over the car was complicated since the person who took over our car was delayed and we didn't find him easily. All well after our return.

La entrega del vehiculo fue en el aeropuerto por donde nos ibamos, pero creo que la recogida deberia ser en la llegada de aviones pues ibamos con las maletas y tuvimo que recorrer toda la terminal para ir al mismo sitio donde se lo entregamos, eso fue lo peor. Por lo demas todo perfecto, y el señor Alfonso muy amable, no tuvimos que pagar el ticket del parking.

long waiting time when picking up the car. the inside on the driver's side (steering wheel, seat,...) was very wet, not to say soaked, as if the window had been left open during rain

Great experience all round. Only small thing is I dont speak Portugese fluently so for the most part so having the relevant information ready and shareable so that you can relate it on the phone call is critical - you can also text but they prefer the call
