Empfehlung, Bitte wenn das Fahrzeug langer geparkt wird auch mal nach der Batterie schauen oder ab und zu mal Starten oder die Batterie nachladen. alles war sehr gut, aber bei 4 Monaten sollten Sie mal schauen. Besten Dank.

Takes too long to get car returned nobody ever answers phone. 40 minutes this time over 1 hour last time simply not good enough.

Top service, Car was delivered within 10 minutes upon arrival, pickup worked fine.

Car didnt leave the parking area for 20 minutes after I phoned and another 20 to arrive at the airport, normally much quicker than that, but very clean inside and out. Will continue to use this service.

Good service

Last 3-4 times the car has always been late (more than 1/2 hour) at pickup. Sometimes even at droop off there are problems. This makes it difficult when arriving late at night with a 5 years old. We’ve been your service for years but now I’m seriously thinking of switching to taxi / Uber.

Shocking from start to finish even this website is a shambles. Never again.

Dropping the car off was easy and quick, but when we arrived at the airport we had to wait an hour for our car to be delivered back to us. We called 4 times during this hour and couldn’t get any useful information from the staff on where our car was or why it was taking so long. This is not a valet parking service, the customer service was terrible and I will not use it again.

Levantaram o carro 45min depois o telefonema, quase perdemos o avião. Entregaram o carro 1h15 depois do telefonema e quando chegaram com o carro puseram-se a reclamar que tinha que pagar o serviço quando eu já tinha pago online. O que fez que passasse os 10min do estacionamento e ainda tivesse que pagar mais 8€ pelo parque. Péssimo serviço

17 Kms no total, parece demais para levar o carro do aeroporto para o vosso parque. A estimativa do depósito de combustível passou de 711km para 635km

i waited 55mins from my call to collect to the car arriving. and had to call 3 times while i waited. that was poor service
