Tras llegar a recoger el vehículo, nos indicaron varias veces mal el lugar de recogida, teniendo como consecuencia el exceso de los 15 minutos de estacionamiento y teniendo que pagar yo los 14€ del estacionamiento para poder salir del parking de corta estancia. Además de eso, una vez inicié la vuelta, descubrí que el elevalunas de una de las puertas traseras estaba roto y no pude subir la ventanilla, a consecuencia de la rotura de uno de los empleados, por lo que tuve que realizar el viaje de vuelta con la ventanilla bajada. La persona que nos entregó el vehículo salió corriendo una vez me entregó las llaves para evitar dar explicaciones, sin indicarme lo ocurrido. Llamé a la empresa para ver qué había ocurrido y no respondieron ya que sabían para qué estaba llamando. Desde luego NO recomiendo esta empresa, ni mucho menos la volveré a contratar. Pondré una reclamación en atención al consumidor exponiendo lo ocurrido.

Left the car with Top Parking. Car drop place in lisbon at "kiss and fly" parking lot. At 3 pm was mad traffic, about 20 min delay. Call Top Parking as was approaching, but manager had no drivers for the next 20-30 min, then the driver was in the same traffic for the next 20 min, run to catch my flight. Very stressful. On the way back: arrived at 23:10, pick up without problems

Péssimo serviço de entrega de viaturas. Tive de aguardar > 45 minutos, quando após o telefonema me foi indicado 5-10 minutos. A não repetir.

Solo que el coche llegó más sucio, se aparca al aire libre asi que es normal.

¿De Verdad, después de dejarme tirada que casi pierdo el vuelo y os he escrito 3 correos para que me devolváis el dinero me preguntáis por la experiencia? NEFASTA

Top Parking was horrible. I called them for 40min to try and get my car back. They didn’t answer and I had to find them in the car park whilst they were busy with another drop off. All in all it took me 1.5hrs to get my car back after I landed close to midnight!!

upon return it look a long time (aprox 50 min) before I had the car back. Further than that, all was well. Friendly staff.

Cancelled the booking due to poor communication from top parking.

On collection the seating position had been changed, the radio settings had been changed. Also the car was left with approx 50km battery range. On collection it was zero and the fuel tank and dropped. Next time I will photograph the mileage on drop off...
