late to pick-up car and dropping it off. waited about 20 mins either side

Top Parking was horrible. I called them for 40min to try and get my car back. They didn’t answer and I had to find them in the car park whilst they were busy with another drop off. All in all it took me 1.5hrs to get my car back after I landed close to midnight!!

upon return it look a long time (aprox 50 min) before I had the car back. Further than that, all was well. Friendly staff.

Cancelled the booking due to poor communication from top parking.

On collection the seating position had been changed, the radio settings had been changed. Also the car was left with approx 50km battery range. On collection it was zero and the fuel tank and dropped. Next time I will photograph the mileage on drop off...

Serviço excelente, eficiente e rápido.

I was very nervous leaving my car as I left it with Redpark last time and haad €800 damage done, which I failed to notice until I got home and they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I told the team this time and they assured me my car would be returned undamaged and it was.

Too much delay in the return. About 1 hour to retrieve the car is not acceptable.

Fatal estuvimos una hora y pico a la 01:00 de la madrugada esperando con cuatro niños pequeños, nunca me había pasado algo así con un servicio de este tipo, no volveré a utilizar la misma empresa, estamos pensando en reclamar el dinero y daños y perjuicios.

we waited more then 2 hours to get our car back! we were not wel served! We are complaining.
