Difficult to access drop off place. Top parking refused to return the car to the Lisboa Meliá hotel immediately opposite the airport. Otherwise all went well .

Tardaron un poco en coger el teléfono cuando regresamos, una vez que conseguimos contactar con ellos no tardaron nada en devolvernos el coche.

We needed to wait long time, both at drop off and over 50 minutes at pickup. The car was really dirty at pickup, even though we bought the under cover service.

I would NEVER use your service again. Drop off was confusing and we had to wait 1 hour for the car to be delivered. After a long haul flight this is NOT what is welcomed. Even worse. We had to phone your office no less than 8 times in an attempt to get the car delivered. The first 6 calls were unanswered and then when the guy finally answered the phone NOT ONCE did express any kind of compassion, nor did he apologise for the time it was taking to deliver the vehicle. He just didn't care.

When booking online, you should send the exact location of the drop-off point otherwise nobody knows where it is!

Nada recomendable. Llegaron 1 hora tarde y nos devolvieron el vehículo muy sucio ,lleno de polvo y con excrementos de pájaros. Después de contratarlo con techo.

Top park provided excellent service. The car was delivered back within 15 mins of calling after I arrived back. A great service even during an extremely busy time of day.

En la recogida del vehículo tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para la entrega y después de varias llamadas. Nadie nos informó de nada ni nos dio explicaciones. Contratamos parking cubierto y tenemos la sospecha de que el vehículo estaba aparcado en el exterior porque estaba muy sucio y llegó con el climatizador a 16 grados y sin embargo la temperatura interior era alta.

Would be useful if return flight information could be included. Would help with collection procedures. Waited 30 minutes for our car as flight arrived earlier than scheduled

A perfect experience from start to finish. The team went out of their way to help us when we had car trouble and we wouldn’t have made it home without their help! Excellent value and service. I have used many different parking services and this one is the best by far. Highly recommend to everyone!

The link to the drop point didn't work and it was hard to communicate via phone. We got back to the lock up point eventually but only after finding someone who spoke both English and Portuguese to call the admin team.
