La recogida de maletas de retraso, avise y me dejaron el coche abierto con las llaves en el suelo del coche, sin nadie de la empresa y tuve que abonar 6€ de parking. Nula profesionalidad

Delayed us when picking up the car. Then delayed us again when dropping it off. Instructions say call 15 mins before you are ready. Took 55 minutes to arrive.

Das Fahrzeug mußte im Kurzparkplatz Am Flughafen abgeben . Nach Rückkehr erfolgte die Rückübergsbe nach Ankunft mit Anruf erst 20 - 30 Min Wartezeit wieder auf dem Parkhaus(Kurzparken) Vorher mußten wir erst ermitteln vorhin die NISO PARK umgezogen sind ,und wie die Übergabe erfolgen soll. Es ging viel Zeit verloren.

A little too long delivery on arrival. Else - superb service

We had to wait 45 minutes for our car to be delivered back to us whilst waiting in the car park. This is unacceptable, no point paying for meet and great if you have to wait so long for your car to be returned to you. Very very disappointed.

Returning on 28.10.24 from Istanbul after surgery. I called for my car at 17.03. It was obvious from the response they had forgotten. I was told 15-20 minutes, I called after 35 mins, to be told he is on his way. My car was delivered at 18.00!! I was cold in great discomfort standing in the rain! It was obvious that my car had been dumped miles away from the airport. It took me less time to get to Marbella than it took them to deliver my car. I will never use ONE PARK again and have informed my friends. If U do not get a reply to this complaint I will also put it on Facebook. One Parking are very unprofessional, and. Untrustworthy.

No lo aconsejo hubo problemas en la entrega, el coche me lo entregaron muy sucio por fuera y me cobraron un extra en mano de 5 euros porque lo entregaron por la noche y eso no lo ponen en ningún lado , no volveré a repetir

Vi hittade inte parkeringen!! Vi följde goggle maps och den vägen var inte till parkeringen, så vi fick ta in på en annan Parking akut
