Apart from the language difficulty, which was my shortcoming, the process was very straightforward!

Awful experience. I followed the link to the car park and was told I had to go back to the airport and wait at express parking. There was no number to call and no representatives there. I sent an email to the only contact I had and have still not had a response over a week later. I had to pay double the cost to get parking at late notice. Avoid

Me siento estafada. No lo utilicéis. De verdad usar park & go. El servicio es lo peor en parkvia. No encontraron mi reserva me encontré sin reserva a pesar de haber pagado creo que lis voy a denunciar

Me pusieron una pegatina en la llave que no hay forma de quitar. El servicio de entrega del coche no fue lo contratado ya que me recogieron y me llevaron a su base.

Con respecto NISOPARK, la compañia no atendió al teléfono cuando llegamos al parking, tras unas 42 llamadas. Casi perdermos el avión. Finalmente pudimos aparcar el coche con otra compañía. Nos dijeron que nos llamarían oara el reembolso, aún seguimos esperando

Cuando llegamos al parking le dimos el coche a una persona que no era de la empresa. Y a la vuelta para recogerlo tardaron 2 horas en traer el coche.. una vergüenza de empresa

No volveré a contratar sus servicios, 55 minutos esperando para traer el coche.

The car park operator never usually answers the phone on the first few attempts. This can be stressful if you have a flight to catch and you are left wondering if your car will ever be collected to be parked. When they do answer, the communication is quite bad and we were waiting in a different part of the car park, while they were in another part. We had to pay for the extra parking charges due to the delay in them answering the phone! Same on the way back - they just wouldn't pick up the phone or answer any whatsapp messages - even though we were typing them in Spanish! It's a shame because they used to be quite good in the past but now their standards have dropped considerably. In summary, you get what you pay for! You'll most likely get the cheapest deal but get ready for the additional stress/hassle! ;)
