Eigentlich ganz easy.Kommen, die Schranke geht hoch und bei der Ausfahrt ist es nicht anders. Und jetzt kommt das eigentlich…. Hab im voraus gebucht, aber in der Zwischenzeit der Buchung und dem Urlaub hat sich mein Kfz inkl. Nummernschild geändert. Ich habe PakVia angeschrieben und die Änderung mitgeteilt, aber nie eine Antwort erhalten. Nun kam es so wie es kommen musste, bei der Einfahrt ging die Schranke nicht auf. Ich ging zur Leitung der Parkanlage, da hat mir eine junge Frau(die gleiche wie auch zur Ausfahrt) weitergeholfen.Sie sagte ich soll mir ein Ticket ziehen und mich bei der Ausfahrt wieder am Empfang melden mit meiner Parkplatzbuchung. Sie hat mir sehr geholfen und ich bin ihr sehr dankbar. Wenn es nicht so geklappt hätte, wäre ein Betrag von 93€ anstatt 32€ fällig gewesen. Danke nochmal an die junge Frau.
