For customers who delay their return and pick the car up after 21:00, Area 4 Parking will provide a Shuttle Service that will take you from the arrival terminal to the Car Park.
The car park is under video surveillance throughout the area with CCTV system cameras, manned and guarded 24 hours by our staff, fenced, with automatic gates and electronic control bar. All vehicles inside are covered by insurance against theft and fire.
In addition at the car park, you can take advantage of a series of additional car services and much more that can be booked onsite and provided during the long stay of your vehicle. Services such as: hand car wash (inside and outside), tire check and levels.

- This option will provide you a Covered parking space for your car

The return pick-up was appalling. They did not answer any of their phones; the phones either announced they were unavailable, or it switched to busy sounds! It took me 2 hours to collect my car as I eventually found an ADR office open which managed to get the phone answered. Even then it took another 20 minutes to get the car to me. They accused me of not ringing them to tell that I had arrived. BUT they did not answer their phones. It caused me huge problems asI was 2 hours behind my schedule. Appalling service. I had no idea where my car was until I found the ADR office.
