Park FCO Meet and Greet

It was a disaster! I drove to the address given in the booking confirmation. Everyone there was very unfriendly and said that the address had changed and I had to go to a new address. Nobody spoke English. At the new address, which I found after about 30 minutes, nobody knew. I was pressed for time and paid another 50 euros in parking fees to catch my plane. My first bad experience in Italy. Everyone else is very friendly.

Avevo prenotato il cal valet ma al rientro Park FCO era talmente tanto presa da altro lavoro che non mi ha riconsegnato l’auto, ma la cosa più grave che non rispondevano al telefono per cui mi hanno lasciato letteralmente a piedi. Solo grazie alla localizzazione della mia auto sono riuscito a trovarla facendo 2 km a piedi e me la sono fatta riconsegnare circa 3 ore dopo che ero atterrato. Cose dell’altro mondo state molto molto attenti a questo parcheggio perchè è pessimo.

L'aereo ha fatto ritardo di un ora e mimè stato richiesto un balzello di 10€ aggiuntivi da pagare in contanti

Second time I call to pick up the car and the car park invents an excuse that there was a car crash hence they could not deliver the car at the T3 arrivals Short stay as usual and convenient. I was supposed to go and pick it up in a different place, way more uncomfortable for me and my family that had to carry all the luggages after a trip abroad. I did not believe them and shared I was willing to wait at the agreed meetup point. They were there shortly after. There has never been a car crash that obstructed the way.

mi dispiace non aver potuto contestare due tre ricordini (GRAFFI) di carrozzeria lasciati sulla auto tipici di una manovra della auto fatto con sciatteria ed incuria in quanto non sapevo che dovevo chiedere il check, scritto non sulla prenotazione ma sul fogliettino dato al volo con tanta fretta prima di lasciar l auto. In altre occasioni utilizzando una auto piu vecchia il check è stato sempre fatto autonomamente dal operatore senza richiesta;

arrivati prima dell'orario indicato (non abbiamo trovato traffico su GRA eccezionalmente), siamo stati costretti a girare intorno all'aeroporto per aspettare l'orario indicato. per poi attendere 10 minuti il loro arrivo per il ritiro. altri amici con altri parcheggi si sono trovati nelle stesse condizioni senza avere alcun disagio. la signora al telefono molto arrogante e maleducata.

Ottimo servizio come sempre, il ritiro questa volta è avvenuto in tarda serata e avrò aspettato massimo 10 minuti. Mi sono trovato come sempre molto bene. Lo userò sempre

Pessimi! mi hanno fatto aspettare circa 1 ora. L'operatrice al telefono ha paventato un incidente che l'autista non ha confermato.
