If you are travelling from the north then this not the best car park to use.

Great service

The car park is 15 min drive from airport, poorly lit and unfinished ground. I was dropped off at car on collection but driver didn't even get out to open door or assist and Ground is muddy, rocky and dark. The shuttle driver drove badly on way back to car park, very aggressively and tail gated a taxi most of the way home. I will not use this car park again despite the cheaper price. Pleasant foreign man answered phone when I called shuttle to pick us up, otherwise not friendly staff.

It seems the location is bit far from aiport what it was mentioned in the website.

Very good service frimbeginig to end

Extremely rude is what I would use to describe the man driving the minibus that collected us from the coach park😡. The car park itself was full of potholes, muck and water after the rain and I'm afraid, not a good experience!

Efficient service at a good price

The staff was not friendly and I arrived at the car park at 4:30am we left for the airport at 5:20, i missed my bus to Belfast which was leaving at 5:30am. When coming back I arrived at the airport at 01.00 am rang the office was told the shuttle will arrive in 15min only for the shuttle to arrive at 1:45am.
