For some reason, my clock was showing the incorrect time. I'm not sure why. Was the battery disconnected? I can't think of another reason.

The staff were extremely helpful and it was very quick to collect and the vehicle was valeted well

Nobody to receive me when dropping off my vehicle as stated in my printed voucher. When calling the number 0021 93 41 299, the number does not exist. When calling the APS number (not number on Parkvia voucher) two days before collection, the operator was very rude when I enquired firstly whether they were in possession of my vehicle which I had to leave at their premises without assistance, and whether it will be ready on the collection date as nothing had worked as per instructions up until then. Not very good customer experience. The collection however was without any problem.
