APS Valet Service Cape Town

BNad service on collection. No one present and the worker couldnt answer any question asked. Valet was very poorly done!

Nobody to receive me when dropping off my vehicle as stated in my printed voucher. When calling the number 0021 93 41 299, the number does not exist. When calling the APS number (not number on Parkvia voucher) two days before collection, the operator was very rude when I enquired firstly whether they were in possession of my vehicle which I had to leave at their premises without assistance, and whether it will be ready on the collection date as nothing had worked as per instructions up until then. Not very good customer experience. The collection however was without any problem.

Very easy and convenient experience

We had difficulty finding the drop off as there was a sign in park 1 that the location had moved to park 2. That appeared to have been an old sign. Upon our return our flight was seriously delayed and we tried to phone form Mauritius to inform, but most number provided said: this number is no longer in use or theirs was no reply. Eventually after trying many times we got someone who was very helpfull. And stayed for 5 hours during the night to make sure we got our car
