Storewell's meet and greet parking service provides vehicle storage for people travelling from Cape Town airport whether they are away for 1 day or 1 month. When you reserve this option, you drive to the airport on the day of your departure. All vehicles will be collected/dropped off in the new 20 minute free parking area in Parkade 2 ground floor level. Meet the Storewell driver who, after an inspection of your vehicle, will drive your car to the nearby secure car park. It will remain here until your return.
Storewell aim to give a professional, friendly, helpful service. Drivers will help you with your luggage on the day of your arrival and departure. If you are away for a period of time, staff would be happy to disconnect your battery and turn over your vehicle engine on request. All vehicles are parked undercover. The car park is secure with steel shuttered gates, and the compound fully enclosed with concrete walls and security fences.
Please note that this service is for meet and greet only. You will hand over your car at the airport to an employee of Storewell Airport Parking who will drive it away to the company's own secure compound for storage until you return. You do not accompany the driver to the car park or make your own way there.Directions

Communication is a problem with Store well and they should think of a WhatsApp group. The guys dropping off the car and collecting the car is friendly and sufficient. The lady answering the phone is a bit short and not very friendly.

We ended up using and paying for Airport Parking after we were unable to contact Parkvia ahead of our arrival at CT International. Absolutely NO signage at the airport. No clue as to where to go or who to ask. Nobody knew about "Parkvia". An absolute nightmare when there is a flight to catch and a disastrous start to an overseas trip. Totally unsympathetic when I emailed explaining my frustration and disappointment, they point blank refused to refund me. I advise people to be very careful and not to be misled by this apparently easy and affordable option on the net.

The location should have been easy but was made difficult by poor airport signage that meant you ended at Parkade 1but at a ticket entrance with no way out (except reversing down a one way as a number of drivers did rather than the pick up and drop off zone). The handover to Storewell was easy and the driver offering to assist with lifting my suitcase onto a trolley was much appreciated. Sadly, on collection. the same nicety was not there. but it would have been valued as I struggled to lift my suitcase into the vehicle.

I understood that this was also a valet service. The vehicle had not been cleaned, particularly inside and I was very disappointed. Not sure I will use this service again.
