The Cape Town International Airport Parkade exit voucher handed to me did not work. The machine declared it "unreadable" and swallowed it and advised that I should pay R120.00 to open the boom! After much frustrating effort. I had to pay R60.00 to get out of the Parkade. I acknowledge that may not have been a fault of ParkVia's systems, but at 23:00 it was very inconvenient.

Car and trailer was packed and stored without any problem

Entry is confusing, dual Valor signs. Inclined to take right hand lane, then exit and return on left lane.

The car was not wash like other agencies do

Dropping off was a 25 minute wait, which was problematic, but getting my car back was perfect thanks

Need to be very specific on directions to drop off point. Had to reverse out of main Parkade 1 entrance down the one-way street. NM
