Sorry there was no mis communication you made booking and failed to answer your phone 20min before you reach the airport we tryed contacting you gave your car to another company

Communication was good. Driver was reliable and very pleasant

There was no pre-check done prior to delivering my vehicle resulting in the driver driving the vehicle on a punctured flat tyre causing the loss of one tyre. Otherwise, all other services offered was good.

I was very unhappy when I retrieved my car back. They washed my car without my authorisation and extra charges me for it after I said no I don't wanted. And they smoked in my car and left their lighter in my car.

Car park was very convient and communicatuon flow easy..Upon arrival my car was smelling cigarett so bad that i drive with windows open to get rid of the disturbing smell,as a non smoker

Had to phone 3 times at drop off as the collection was late. My car wasas eventually collected 40 minutes after my phonecall and not 20 minutes as advertised.

Only thing I was happy with was them being able to drive back to me with my drivers license so I can board the flight Moving the car up and down I don't understand that you'll put me in so much talking at work as I was using the work car was not thrill at all I paid R100 for car wash but it was almost as if it was never washed should have just left it as is
