I was overcharged on my credit card. When I phoned about it I was told this would be deducted from my next booking (if there is one with service provider). No apology at all. Was told to book directly next time. This has happened with other parking service people as well.

No care was taken for my vehicle. Vehicle pick up with dents and scratches on the bonnet. Something heavy was dropped on the car bonnet. I would not recommend anyone to use this service provider.
