Third time using Kairos, and always pleased with the experience and service.

On 8 May 2025 we were pleased to meet with a good gentleman by the name of "Dan" very polite & most helpful. The vehicle was washed & shiny. Hats off to Dan & the whole Team. I will most certainly book Kairos on my next travel experience soon. I was not happy about getting charged extra. I made a quotation online and paid for my booking. when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was told to pay another R110, the drivers were rude and simply told me that it's not their decision so I can't talk to them I must talk to the owner.

Car was also cleaned beautifully

My back bumper has been badly damaged by Kairos and they have been ignoring my messages about repairing and resolving this incident. Absolutely shocked by this lack of customer service!! Completely unacceptable!!

They were 30mins late with both dropoff & pickup.

Drop off was fine, collection was 2hrs late. Left over box and serviettes from take away food left in my vehicle, was vehicle was also not washed!

I was late and I didn't find the driver, they didn't call me, when I call they Say my payment is not reflecting. I end up booking another parking

I did not use parking due to car problems.I have not received my refund for cancellation from Parkvia. I was promised to re-imbursement yesterday but nothing so far
