How does it work?
On the day of your departure, an employee of the car park in full uniform will collect your car at the airport terminal and bring it to the secure undercover car park.
On the day of your return, the freshly cleaned car will be brought back to you at the airport.
Parking could not be any easier!

No show by service provider, also not answering calls. Unavailability of Parkvia customer representative or response on Whatsapp. Not happy.
I booked and paid for your service. I sent a WhatsApp at 05:30 on the 21st of June advising that we would arrive at the airport at 06:00. We arrived at the airport by 05:50 and proceeded to message and call for the next half an hour. No one answered and no one to this day has had the common decency to even apologise. I am shocked and appalled by the "service" or lack thereof. We then had to make an alternative plan and parked our car in the long-term parking. I will never book your service again and will be sure to spread the word that this company is a scam!
The fact that you sent me an email to rate your service, clearly indicates that you have no idea what is going on in your business. A few hours before I was due to arrive at the Airport, I called to confirm my booking and was only then informed that my booking was cancelled due to no space being available. I had make last minute arrangements with an alternate provide.. The case number logged is: 1103596. I have received no feedback since. I am awaiting my refund.
The contact details +27 7317 25304 on the booking voucher to arrange vehicle drop off was not available, my messages were not responded to, so there was no service rendered despite my bank card was charged for R194.99. Kindly refund the payment into my card.
Airways Parking services the rudest staff - after paying for parking and only when I got to the airport informed me that they don't have parking, I then had to pay another service to park my car and still no feedback from ParkVia, no contact numbers etc. Most shocking service

According to your confirmation we should call 073 172 5304, 30 minutes, prior to arrival to arrange for pick-up. Numerous call to that number were not answered and we had to use ACSA parking at a cost of R880.00 as not to miss our flight. We are currently cosidering various options to either recover this cost or to warn future customers of your inability to deliver on your service promise. Hi Parkvia/ Airways parking services This was a terrible experience for us. We tried calling our service provider, who had his cell phone off. We kept trying to get hold of him, but his cell was off. We made our way to the drop off location hoping that he will be there, BUT nobody there to meet us. We had to make other arrangements to have our car parked. I tried cancelling the booking but your website won't allow that. i chatted to Parkvia staff on the website and sent customer service an email. No response. I demand a full refund plus the additional costs of R350.00 for having our car parked. I will be loading this review on Google /Hellopeter and other social media sites to warn people not to use your service. Regards Arshaad
After numerous attempts to contact Airways Parking Services, the number was still unavailable. I have been unable to contact them via WhatsApp or via phone call. This is extremely unprofessional, I ended up using a completely different company and had to pay extra.
I called the number provided in the voucher several times and it was going on voicemail and my texts were not responded to, I ended up being so stranded and I had to make other means as I could not get help. I need my refund in full as the service promised was not provided to me, this was such a horrible experience, I need my money back. You should not sell non-existent service, doing that is scamming people, its not acceptable.
I paid for your services but no one came to collect my car. The number provided on the invoice was on voicemail I ended up parking at the airport and paid an additional R550. I would like to get a refund please and I don’t think I would use your services anymore
No easy communication like Lanseria parking and had holder full of R5 coins in consil and there was only 2 left not impressed
